On the evening of August 30, the coating plant held a production meeting on quality and finished product control for the basic management personnel of the workshop. At the meeting, the requirements and responsible persons of relevant work were further clarified. At the meeting, the shift leader's representative proposed that the quality problems should be announced in time, so that the employees can understand them in time and play a warning role. This proposal was unanimously agreed by the production participants.
On September 2 and September 3, manager Zhang of the general manager's office held brief meetings with the freight forwarders, packers, and pre inspection personnel respectively on freight transportation and pre inspection work. At the meeting, the draft of logistics freight management measures was read out and issued. After being signed and confirmed by the participants, the trial operation will begin immediately.
